The location is hard to beat, each room has its own mini-split heating/air-conditioning unit, the shower was nice, the bed was comfortable. Exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice, but that's not cheap to install in an older house. There is a window that can be opened."

"The location of Nick’s place and off-street parking were wonderful. We loved the view of the city and dining from spots that were an easy walking distance from the house. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and kitchen had basic necessities. We would stay there again, it was a short trip and there’s so much to do! "
