"Friendly staff. Clean room. I appreciated that a cold breakfast was available before 5am, since I had to take the (complimentary) hotel shuttle to the airport at 4:45."

"We asked to change the towels and the cleaner lady cleaned whole room. We ordered 10 min before kitchen close , and Izzy from the cafe was very nice. We extended a day and the reception gentleman took care very nice and we didn’t have any problem. Overall, they are nice people working there"

"The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place. The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk. She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"
