"The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place. The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk. She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"

"Hotel is very clean, the breakfast is more varied and tasty, the staff is efficient and friendly. Location is easy access to places where I need to go. I love the 24 hr coffee availability. Rooms are comfy and well appointed— I like the availability of enough plugs for all of our charging needs."

"Excellent place to stay for the NCAA Volleyball Tournament. We walked to Carnegie Mellon from the hotel. 1.38 miles. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, nice choices. "
