"A little difficult checking in, especially doing it via the main bar which meant we had to wait for service. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were as well."

"An amazing stay. Our Room 15 was perfect.
Could be a little more room in the dining area although it was a busy long weekend. Evening entertainment was fantastic. "

Had a couple of small issues, but the Staff were great to deal with and very friendly.

"No easy chairs to relax on, only fold up chairs in the kitchen area. A sewerage smell like dirty drains. The retic came on at 7.30 in the morning waking us up as it was hammering against the outside wall and not going over the plants. The kettke the tap to fill up. No instructions on how to work the TV. Very tight parking area for our chalet. Glad the night we had there was for a necessary event in town and not part of a holiday"
