Sis's Cottage has it all!!! We are Downtown! Approx 500 feet to Franklin Square Park and Dry Street Pizza. Quiet Middle Street, Light traffic.

Sis's cottage is a charming, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 full baths in the historical district of beautiful Southport NC. The house has an open floor plan with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities needed to dine in if you choose. The cottage is located one block from the main downtown area within walking distance of restaurants, shops and inter coastal waterways. Lots of parking. Can accommodate up to 6 cars or 4 cars and fishing boat and trailer. You can sit on the front porch and listen to bands on Thursday night when playing in Franklin Square Park. The cottage will accommodate 5 people. Master queen bedroom downstairs with full bath. Upstairs
has queen bed and also a twin bed with trundle with full bath. Includes a fully equipped kitchen with double
door refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal and washer and dryer and Keurig coffee maker. House is beautifully decorated.
Utilities, cable and wifi included. Linens provided.
If this is your first trip to Historic Southport, you are in for such a treat. If you are returning, we all know why. This is the place to take you back in time in so many ways, small hometown feel, residents here are unbelievable friendly, the scenery is gorgeous, beautiful oak trees, many quaint shops, lots of good food and so many historic sites to see. You are couple blocks away from the Cape Fear River, Provisions and Fishy Fishy Restaurants and more. Southport Marina is just a few blocks away if it is boating you like. And then there are the Ferrys that will take you to Bald Head Island, Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher. If it is the beach you are looking for, we have that too, Oak Island is just 10 minutes away. This is the place you want to be and the place you will want to come back to.
Pets allowed upon approval. Pet Fee is $150.00 Maximum 2 pets under 50 lbs allowed. Fenced in backyard. No Smoking allowed.
FYI ONLY- Trash Pickup every Tuesday Morning
Recycles - Bi-Weekly Every Tuesday
Minimum 3 nights stay. Check in 3:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m.
A 50% deposit required at time of booking. Advance 2 weeks notice required for cancellation for deposit refund less a $25.00 processing fee.

Quick stay in Southport

This was a great location in town and the cottage was perfect for us. My husband and I stayed with our teenage son and a friend while we were in town visiting friends. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was walkable to everything in town and very quiet with minimal traffic which was nice. We would love to stay again when we come back to Southport. The beds were comfortable, linens were provided and the home was very functional and convenient. Thanks!

Perfect location

We loved our stay in this Southport property. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had great utensils and appliances. We enjoyed the front porch and the short walk to shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. This was the Southport experience we were looking for and Sis' Cottage was perfect for our family.

Celebrating a graduation!

We enjoyed our stay and found the cottage very clean, and welcoming with all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the nautical artwork and porch rocking chairs. Memorable Stay in Southport

Perfect last minute get away!

My husband and I along with our young adult son and his girlfriend decided we needed a trip to the NC Coast, and Sisā€™s Cottage was the perfect spot! The house is exactly as listed. It was spotless and very well stocked! The only thing I did not realize before hand, the upstairs bedroom has a barn door into the bedroom, but not one into the bathroom. There is a barn door on the other side of the bathroom into the small bedroom with the twin bed. It wasnā€™t a big deal, just something I didnā€™t realize. We loved everything about the house. We will definitely return!

Overall fantastic stay! Me, my husband and mother loved the location and house, close to sonā€™s home. Only 2 issues: some pans in cabinet had to be washed ( prob fault of previous renter); construction next door on both sides days after Christmas, not much of problem- workers not too loud and house well insulatedā€” only effect was when dog went out he barkedā€” but not much! Deacon was a good dog and had a great time too! Host was delightful and helpful with small booking issue!

Love this house

This is our second time staying here and we love Sis's Cottage. It's close to town, on a quiet street, and so clean! The weekend we stayed had a lot of Christmas festivities so the proximity to town made it easy to see some fun stuff! With it being pet friendly meant we could take our dog with us and she loved walking up and down the street! We will be back!

We enjoy a yearly visit to Southport and this location was great! Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do and eat and eat and eat!
