"It was a great property. Very quiet area like abnormally quiet at night. Very cozy and pleasant house. We walked to the beach twice in no time. Very nice and relaxing walk to the beach. Negatives: Two things, I have to address. Please deep clean the couch seats. Possibly a rug doctor. They were saturated with deep stains in them possibly from guests having pets. Maybe air out the house longer when guests have dogs. Other than that no issues. It was a very pleasant experience. "

Making payments between Vrbo and then again through the property management company at check in and poor communication to get a check in code after arrival and no answer when calling the host regarding access is enough to make us not stay here again. We had to replace the broken toilet flush handle in the master when we arrived to get the toilet to flush and also had to plunge the guest bathroom toilet throughout our stay. "This was such a nice little getaway. The house is located in a retreat-like neighborhood. All of the neighbors and staff there were so nice. There were lots of extra amenities. It had a camp life feel to it. The house was so cute. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again in the future."
