"Hotel was very sketchy. Very dated but clean enough. My issue was with a maintenance issue we had. Our shower was leaking heavily on the floor so we informed them and asked for more towels. They asked to come into the room to inspect while we were away, and we obliged. When we returned to the room late that evening, we found our door wide open and no towels left in the room at all, not even a hand towel. "Wish there was another place under 300 after Morgan Wallen. He was nice when we checked in at like 1:15 am but the room smelled like mildew, the floor felt disgusting walking on, and our sheets and towels were stained. Also, when checked out, said we would get our 50 dollar deposit back, but 3 days later it has processed and taken off of pending! Definitely not worth the price or the extra 50 bucks we didn't get back. And all we did was sleep there after a concert"

"Front desk ladies weren’t very friendly, a smile can go a long way. Overall the hotel was nice for the value. Negative review because on Expedia it shows a pool but there is not one. Breakfast is nothing fancy no hot food but if you need something quick they have a few choices. Bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and instant bag oatmeal. Room was clean and air conditioning worked great. Great large walk in shower."

"The room was dirty. The bathtub was full of hair. The floors were dirty to the point that our socks were filthy that we were our shoes. The photos online showed a coffee bar and they said they haven’t had that in 5 years. Their breakfast was a few muffins and bars if someone was looking for food before work or travel that’s not the place. Could not connect to the internet on laptop or iPad. "I wouldn’t stay again. There is also an unexpected deposit that isn’t mentioned anywhere. There was a gentleman sitting on the luggage trolley because he didn’t have the money for the deposit even though his room was already paid for. The staff just left him there despite having paid for a room."

"The rooms were lovely and clean. They were just remodeled. The staff was great and friendly, she recommended a local chain restaurant to us that was super. The remote would not activate/turn on the TV in my room, 609. There was remodeling in the lobby, as well, that was not noted on the website. Overall though, our stay was pleasant and I would stay there again when in the area. And I would recommend this property to my friends/family."
