"Room and common areas were very clean and welcoming. Towels and amenities were very nice. Sheets for coach bed were too big but we made it work. Breakfast was a separate fee and you order off a menu- it had nice choices and was good my son enjoyed his Mickey pancake. "

"We always enjoy our time at the casino and we especially love the band that was playing the night we stayed. This was our first time staying in the hotel and we will definitely stay there in the future. Our room was clean and quiet. There was a large family group on our floor, but once inside our room, we couldn’t hear anybody. The outdoor bar area at the hotel was also very nice! "

"The room was dirty and disgusting. Horrible water damage on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling and wall paint was peeling from water drainage. The ceiling above the bed was brown, scared it was going to leak. Smelled of mildew. Could not get another room due to 3rd floor completely shut down. No better accommodations given. Do NOT stay here, the place needs to be closed."

"Disappointing. No maid service. You need towels, ask at front desk. Want your bed made, do it yourself. No breakfast included as shown on Expedia. No more IGH for me. No more Expedia for me."

"everything overall was fine, however, i just did not feel safe. i was in a first floor room, right by the lobby, facing the train tracks. i heard random banging and saw people just sitting in cars or walking around the parking lot. "

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Great “penthouse” room with hot tub that works like new. They’re in the process of updating the front desk area but that doesn’t did not disturb us at all. "

"The brrakfast was fine..basic. there is only 1 ice machine on the first floor. The pool is nice but getting old.. staff was great. Woukd be nice if they had a patio area"

"Rooms were not cleaned at all. The second room we stayed in there was pubic hair all over the bed still. We had to take a lint roller to it. The first room the door didn’t close right and there was a hole in the door that let all the cold air in. The bathroom door in the first room was missing the handle couldn’t shut it all the way or there was no getting it back open. Staff was okay tho they were willing to work with me to accommodate my pet. "

"The hot tub and the pool which is why we booked looked nothing at all like the pictures the hot tub was green/brown at best the pool was a lighter shade but they both were very low on water the hot tub jets didn’t work. Our sink and shower had hair in it and the mid day front desk woman was cold and bothered at best. She was a bit rude about towels.The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful as well as the overnight woman."

"Very convenient for people who is driving and specially taking a dog ( they don’t charge ) . The facilities are ok for a night . Pretty good shower."

"We stayed at the suite with a jetted tub in the room. Huge room/suite with kitchen and two bathrooms. Great bed and everything was wonderful. Highly recommended."
