"I liked that it was close to good fishing,but the room had stains everywhere and the air-condition was broken, they tried to fix it too no avail and it took from 4pm to 8pm before I could get a room changed,i will never stay again "

"The room was ok, but our AC unit made this loud screeching noise every few minutes. When we talked to the front desk, they didn’t do anything. We couldn’t even open our window. It was terrible, we didn’t sleep at all. Our room was hot and loud. "

"We loved our stay here! It so close to all the Dells attractions, but yet it felt like a totally separate oasis. Rooms were spacious and newly renovated. Private beach and a pool. We enjoyed meeting other guests around the campfire. Outstanding place and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend!"

"Listing was for 2 joined suites, but this is not what our rooms were upon checking in. This was not able to be rectified. We made it work as our kids are teenagers, but if we had small kids, it would have been a mess."

"Despite having contact with the property management just 24 hours prior, and confirming that our arrival would be after 5, we arrived to a closed office at 5:30. After wandering around the property for about 15 minutes, we crossed paths with the property owner and were checked in. The room that we had was refurbished and in pristine condition, however, the room size and amenities were severely lacking. The room had no closet, no dresser, no nightstand, no luggage stand, no lighting other than...

"The hotel was used by locals for housing so there was cigarette and marijuana odors in the hallway, very strong. Also, the outside doors locks did not work and many rooms had broken locks. I did not feel very safe and kept everything locked up and curtains closed while I was in the room "
