"We have stayed here before but this was probably the worse. Our room had dry wall that was blistered and needing repair. Took hour and 15 minutes to get our breakfast and waitress never showed up. Had to get a to go box and check from another waitress. The dinner was hit or miss with somethings very good and some like out of a box. "

"A beautiful get away for our 50th. Wedding anniversary. Enjoyed the amenities and amazing harbor views. Spent the following day enjoying a visit to downtown Lake Geneva."

"Beautiful resort! Good food and bar and overall nice stay. My only grip I had was not being informed about the $100 withhold per night. I found this information when looking at the Dellshire Resort's page but I think this is more a mistake on Expedia's part, since I only purchased the stay through Expedia and not the Resort itself. Otherwise I would totally recommend this resort! 💕"

"The property was clean, looked nice, and staff was great. They have tried doing updates to the rooms, but the place is in need of some major renovations. Bathroom drywall is coming apart, bathroom tile is in rough shape, etc...Just a lot of little things like that. We didn't use the indoor pool or hot tub. They both look dingy looking through the door. The outside pool and hot tub were both great! Pool furniture was nice also. IMHO, it's a little pricey for the condition of the property. But,...

"This property is dated and poorly maintained. The personal shower holder was broken and obviously had been for some time. Staff rarely at the front desk. Noisy air conditioning system. Bathroom floor tile dirty."
