"Rooms are very old and dated. Paint peeling and ancient aircons that squeal. Had a very unpleasant experience with the owner. After a sleepless night with a squealing air conditioner I requested a refund or new room via text as there is no one onsite and no one answered the phone. I was notified by text to move to a new room. "Old rooms need renovating, shower mouldy, No lift only stairs no good for back injury "

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne.
