"The motel staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was lacking several basic amenities. The TV and the ice machine were both not working, and the room did not have a blow dryer or a coffee maker. While the staff made a positive impression, the maintenance issues and missing amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope these issues are addressed because the customer service was good."

"This place is a good value. Clean, spacious and quiet rooms. The beds are comfortable. The office was unstaffed but responsive through text. We had two rooms, the lock on our door was glitchy (had to try multiple times to get in each time), the fan in the bathroom was broken in one of them and the cleaning staff entered this morning several hours before checkout time (they knocked but didn’t wait for a response, were very apologetic.) "When we arrived, the number given to us in the PDF file rang to a machine that said they were busy and we could leave a message. So we did that expecting a call right away. Nope, we waited a while and a couple of other guests arrived and we asked them how they had gotten the key to their room and they gave us a number to call. "We were in need of a place to sleep for one night on a road trip with our dog, and I booked this Motel 6 thinking it would be bares bones, basic - but it was worse than I could have expected.
