"There was no evidence of ANY updates to anything...the hallway and in room carpeting is torn, stained and dated coloring. The room had a terrible smell, the A/C unit was loud and clunky, walls paper thin and the locking mechanism for the door subpar. Surprisingly, the continental breakfast included was decent, not amazing but given everything else it was better than expected."

"Tremendous value very clean. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The cleanliness and staff were better than $300 - $500 a room per night hotels I've stayed at. I chose the hotel for the price/location but was genuinely shocked by how great it was when I checked in. And even after the check in there were little perks that kept popping up like a solid free breakfast, hot fresh coffee at all hours, etc. And none of the nickel and diming fees you run into at some hotels. I almost don't...
