"We visited 3 days as a family of 4 and never did they replace the towels, empty trash nor straighten beds. We had to ask for extra coffee for the morning (staff politely supplied) and the coffee machine in the breakfast area did not have regular coffee, just decaf. The room smelled musty and the wall air conditioner was not very cooling."

"We loved staying at the jungle house! Easy to find, easy to park, and very clean and welcoming overall. I am a water snob so I greatly appreciated the Brita water filter in the fridge. "

"Roomie accommodations. Nice to have two separate sleeping/bathroom areas for two couples. Many extras including kitchen and bathroom items that were appreciated. Bed was extremely comfy!"
