"Room was pretty clean, staff provided clean towels almost very day , except one. Were there 5 nights and bed was never made or sheets changed. At least one sheet change would have been nice. Room was quiet and relaxing. We did not visit pool or workout room. Breakfast was not so good. Never saw a breakfast attendant. Every morning was sad dried out eggs and sausage. "Upon check in the gentleman at the desk was not very pleasant. I had reserved 2 rooms and he stated it was only one and I showed him the expedia reservation and told me I had to contact expedia. I am grateful they did have a room available. Property was clean and well maintained. That was the only issue I had."

"The pool was heated and very nice though I would have preferred it a few degrees cooler. Beds were not the most comfortable but we're not awful. Pillows were smaller than normal. We missed breakfast as we arrived late and slept in. The metal plate that you put out to make sure nobody gets into your room like housekeeping or somebody with not installed properly. So you can open the door right into it and it would fall down so my son complained about not feeling safe. However, the deadbolt...

"It was very clean and they had it to wear there key card had to be used to enter the building after 11pm and you had to have a key card in order to use the elevator so I felt safer traveling alone if I put the do not disturb sign they wouldn’t enter my room and would leave me a note saying they came by but acknowledged the do not disturb sign and when I did take the sign off they wouldn’t enter clean my room as expected I had a very pleasant experience with them"
