"This was a perfect location for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. It was impeccably clean and suited our needs perfectly. It is in a quiet neighborhood but not far from fun, food and attractions.When Maureen found out we were there for our anniversary, she added some special touches that meant so much to us. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"The property was clean and check-in was easy. The kitchen facilities were clean and had basic appliances available to use. The property owner was attentive and responded quickly to messages. Would definitely recommend!"

"Great small space for 1-2 people. Efficient design makes good use of former garage space. If you can handle moving furniture around to suit you/being creative about your unpacking, it's so worth it. (Ladder up to loft bed is not for the faint of heart, though.) Lovely patio with ample furniture, private fenced yard. Nearby Tennyson St restaurants and a bus line that gets you to Coors Field. I stayed there for a baseball trip. Met the hosts, very friendly and helpful. Nice touches to make us feel...

"We came out to Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks and this property was perfectly located for getting to and from the park. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Our stay was great. "

"Amazing location! We chose this spot because it was close to red rocks and we were seeing a show there. We stayed in Denver the two nights before and ultimately wished we had stayed in Golden at this property the whole time. It is within walking distance to everything in downtown Golden. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town."
