"The apartment is beautifully restored, whimsically decorated with very nice furniture which is also comfortable. There are lights and outlets everywhere!! Linens and towels sparking clean and brand new!! All kinds of kitchen equipment. As an “older person”!! I had a little trouble navigating the shower that is in an enclose tub but that would not be a problem for the young. It is in a part of town with a moderately busy street and a rooster in the am!! "Our stay at Karl's was great. The space was perfect for relaxing, and having our family stop by. The bed was very comfortable! There were a few restaurants in walking distance. Karl was in touch as needed when we had questions leading up to our stay."

"This loft was so charming, so well appointed. Very thoughtful things, like earplugs by the bed and bakery cookies to enjoy. Very cutely decorated, very close to the Hartford healthcare amphitheater if you’re attending a concert… Which we were. The host left a birthday surprise for my husband because we were celebrating his birthday, which was above and beyond and wonderful. Would definitely stay there again."

"The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. "
