Welcome to 'Our Oceanview', a 2800sq ft family owned home in South Yarmouth directly in front of Middle Beach. The ocean is right outside your door - just bring flip flops! This home is truly beauty and the beach, boasting the warmest waters of the Cape on Nantucket sound. Enjoy 180 degree ocean views from the living room or climb up the winding staircase to the captains deck to hear the waves. Relax on our three back decks, or play cornhole in the fenced in yard while grilling on the spacious stone patio. Cape Cod’s top beaches like Smuggler's - and the famous Skipper restaurant are a 5min walk, while a short drive away (5miles) are some of your favorite grocery stores, shopping and kids activities (Cape Cod Inflatable park, Pirate's Museum and Pirate's Cove mini golf). If you choose to venture into Hyannis, you are 5 miles away from the ferries that travel to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard for a day trip. Dennis is also 5 miles away, making this an ideal location for a week of fun! Our home is an upside down house, which means you enter through the lower floor. This home has an in law suite with two stair wells and is fully connected indoors as one home. The in law suite was the original house from 1965, while the newer side was added in 2003.

* Bedroom1: King bed with en suite bath. No stairs & Great for grandparents.
* Bedroom 2: Kids bedroom with bunk beds and optional rolling crib.
* Both of these bedrooms have pocket doors with blackout curtains. There is an open floor plan outside of these bedrooms, where kids can run/play puzzles/games.
* Bedroom 3: Upstairs is one queen bedroom with a private balcony and Adirondack chairs.
* Bedroom 4: One king bedroom (octopus rug room).
These bedrooms have AC units in them.

Down a separate set of stairs, there is the original 1960’s retro in law studio apartment with a kitchen, tv area brand new pullout couch and half bathroom with AC unit. This is where we prepare meals for outdoor entertaining and where our friends and grandparents also stay. There is a final king trundle up the spiral staircase loft above the kitchen with a private viewing deck.
There are 7 beds total including the loft and sleeper sofa. We have central AC on one side of the home and brand new AC units in 2 upstairs bedrooms plus in law suite.

We have a private parking lot that fits 3-4 vehicles and provide salon grade shampoos, Turkish bath towels and Shark Tank’s famous Sand Cloud beach (sand free) blankets. We also provide a Baby Bjorn, booster seat, pack n play, beach umbrellas, all terrain beach wagon and toys. We continue to update some of our home’s older charming features as much as we can for now.
