"We had a bayview room,booked last minute,we were not disappointed. From Rachel,Demetrius,Kris and everyone at front desk, housekeeping,maintenance, the morning staff at breakfast to the pool area bartender were amazing. The pool area was very clean as was the hotel. I appreciate ypu all and definitely will be revisiting!!!!"

"Ocean view was amazing. Our room was clean. It is an older building but we had a great stay there. The man running the place was the best. "

"Place was falling apart.. no other way to put it. Pillow and sheets were dirty. Used soap on the counter bathroom door was falling apart and had a hole in it and it just was a horrible place.. I ended up walking across the street and booked another hotel to stay the night. My son found mold in the bathroom and the floor was collapsing in on itself by the door.. Do not recommend to anyone "

"Had a good view of the ocean, the staff was vary friendly and polite, the property its self wasn't at all great mainly the bathroom and bedding and wall sockets, there where several holes in patches in the bathroom, and the carpets where coming up and barely held down with duct tape, the door to the bathroom was broken and we struggled to open and close it, shower pressure was also really weak. The bedding was fine beside all crazy amounts of holes in them and the wall sockets only 1 worked and...

"The 3 story building is a little aged, and has no working elevator. That said, the room was perfect for my overnight stay. As an added bonus, this has to be one of the last hotels to offer smoking rooms. Being one block from the beach was very nice, and the view for sun rise was beautiful. "

"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "
