"I liked that it was different from the usual hotel chains. The unique historical architecture was interesting, but the hotel was updated and had all the amenities that met our needs, including our private bath that was down the hall. The free street parking was a plus! The location was great, short distances to sites of interest near downtown. Good restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. "I did not like the 100.00 fee for incidentals which multiple people complained about it especially for a 1 day stay, in addiiton the air conditioning was broken in the lobby so it was sweltering when you first walk in."

"The studio apartment has anything that we need for a week-long stay (e.g., wifi, kitchen, drier, washer). Super clean and tidy, in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager is welcoming and supportive throughout our stay, totally would come back 10/10."

"Unfortunately there was miscommunication for our check in process. So we had to get a comp hotel our first night of our 4 day stay. The property was clean but it was a little noisy during the day as construction was taking place right outside our door. It was convenient as it was within walking distance of bars and restaurants on Carson Street. Station Square was about a 15-20 min walk and there was easy access to public transportation around town. I would say that there needs to be better...

"No free parking. Cars Park on the sidewalk because street is too narrow. We received a 45 ticket on our last night.Very few amenities actually available - no clean dishes, NO Towels, No clean napkins, NO light in kitchen, only Keurig pod available was used pod in machine, broken screen door, black mold in washer, holes in walls, dead plants in living room. Would appreciate some financial compensation. I do have photos of the property."
