"Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. "

"This house worked excellent for our family to stay for the weekend for college graduation. Perfect location to get around and see South Side."

"Entry is dingy and smells badly of cat urine. Living room is smallest room and seats 2 comfortably. The kitchen is ok. Nothing special but ok. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. AC units in both bedrooms worked great. Didn’t love the parking situation but nothing bad happened during the 5 night stay so may have been worried about nothing. Lots of homeless in the area and city as a whole. "

"Personally we went there through the greyhound bus, which was litteraly next door so it was a perfect location for us! + we went to Pittsburg for Tekko Convention, which was again, really a perfect location for us since it was litteraly a 5-10 min walk away! It was just as described, nice and clean. I personally found the communication okay! And I would definitely book again for next year 😌"

"The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!"

"Perfect place to stay for our steelers weekend. Will definitely use again for future trips "

"A great place in a great location. We were able to get to all the main attractions of Pittsburgh that we came to see. There is a lot of great food that is an 10-15 minute walk from this place. Courtney was very kind and positive before and during our day. We did not have any issues. But if we did, I believe she would have been very responsive and helping us. I highly recommend this place."

"Very cute little apartment with ample parking and very walkable to many places in the city. Will definitely return"
