It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. The overhead loft is only about 4' to the ceiling, so better for wee ones. There was a ton of emails sent from the manager/s of the property; somewhat excessive. "Location was very convenient for visiting the Grand Canyon, about 25 minutes from the park entrance. Getting to the location was a bit of a challenge. The owner said not to follow my GPS and to use the link they provided. Well the link led me down several dirt roads and to a locked gate. I ended up just using my GPS and that took me to the correct location, literally could have taken a simple turn off the main road. Checking in was easy, just used a keypad. "Loved it! Great vibe and great host!!! Kimmi, the host was lovely, always available and ready to make the most out of every guest experience. The tents were very confortable. The restrooms are way too few for all the guests. The place would totally benefit from more restrooms. Great dinner and sunset space, with bonfires and a griller. Can’t wait to go there again. "
