"It had all the amenities you could need or want. Well furnished and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was it was quite hot with no AC but with the windows open we got a nice breeze. Our host was quick to respond to questions,"

"really close to the ferry, buses and restos. very quiet. No tv so we had little to do after 9pm except go to bed. the farm around was neat with deers closeby. Buses to go downtown victoria or butchart gardens were very close to the B&B. Would stay there again. Joe the owner was very courteous and very helpful."
