Our low-key little condo packs a big punch. We have room for 4, a beach-view balcony, and amazing resort amenities (including 3 pools, a poolside bar and snack shack, tennis courts, direct beach access with rinse station, and super close to shopping hot spots and eateries). We hope you and your family will enjoy our humble little corner of paradise as much as we have.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack b.r, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

The City of South Padre Island Rental License Number is 2023-0537.

Good location

This unit has a good location and view from the 6th floor. It is, however, a little dated. We assumed it would have. Kurig coffee maker like most vrbos but it didn’t. Nor was there a starter set of coffe snd filters. If you want a basic place by the beach then this unit works.

Great place but with two bad issues

We really liked the condo. It appeared exactly how it was described. However there are two big problems. First it has a roach problem. We saw roaches in the dining area, in the bedroom with 2 beds and in the dishwasher. We didn’t leave food out and we still saw these pests. Second there were multiple occasions where we got thru the security to the parking lot but the security failed to open the second arm to get to our condo. It happened to other people and I found I had to remind the security person to open the gate

Location A+ but could use some updating

Great location, great view, great beach. Love that it has 2 bathrooms This place could use a bit of updating. Lots of electrical safety issues that should be addressed. Sockets pushed in, extension cords running all over. Floors needed a good wash, they felt like they were washed with dirty water and had a sticky film on them. Lots of short cuts taken to fix things. The day bed was "fixed" with 2 sided tape. Old/ dusty fixtures. This would be a awesome place with some updating!

Nice stay

This condo is a great location with a beautiful view of the beach. Gave it a 4 star rating because the bed in the main bedroom needs to be updated. Mattress is old and not comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook. Has a full bath and a half which was nice for our family of 4. Living room and dining area are well spaced with plenty of room for everyone to be together. Upgrading the balcony furniture would be a nice touch.

After a few bumps . . .

The evening we arrived, it was after midnight. The entire island had lost power due to a transformer issue. The 24/7 key pick-up location was not easy to find because of navigation repeatedly taking us to the wrong place. We called the 24/7 number, however, all we got was voice mail. Message left. After driving around and around, we finally spotted the non-lit-up sign of SPI Rentals. The guy sitting in his car out front worked there, but because of the power outage, he couldn't give us our keys. Ended up staying in a motel that night. Check-in the next morning went fine, and we had a lovely time. One thing, however, I repeatedly emailed the property manager to see if a blow dryer was available at the location. Never got a response. (P.S. no such blow dryer in this place. Odd.)

Great Ocean Views!

This condo was very clean and spacious. It was nice having that extra half bathroom. We had plenty of room for our family of three. The couch has been updated from the one shown in the picture. There is a new leather couch in the condo. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic! We enjoyed the amenities of the complex like the pool and tennis courts. The beds were fairly comfortable but seem a bit outdated. The mattresses on both were quite squeaky, you could hear the springs in the mattress. Overall, the condo listing was fairly accurate and we would stay there again.

Beachside oasis

Can’t beat the views & the condo is well appointed. Kitchen fully stocked with essentials for fixing a meal if you wanted to. Distance to the bridge was key for us as we crossed often to see family.
