The condominium is beautifully equipped with a fully furnished kitchen for all your needs. A Keurig coffeemaker along with a variety of gourmet coffees are fully stocked and waiting for you. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed, and luxurious linens, and has its bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and is equipped with soft, comfortable robes. Both guest bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower is located in the hallway between both guest bedrooms. The living room sofa can be converted into a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding if needed. A dehumidifier is provided and adds to your comfort after a day in the sunny pool or beach. This unit is located on the 2nd floor ... Only one set of stairs, no elevator. There is also a private balcony/patio equipped with seating areas ...with a view of the tropical courtyard/pool area; and satellite TV with many channels to choose from. Plenty of family games are provided for guests' use. Also provided for guests are beach chairs, beach umbrella, and rolling ice chest. Beach blankets are also provided for star-gazing evenings or those peaceful and quiet sunrise mornings. Everything you need for beach fun........just pack your swimsuit! In addition, this unit has an apartment-size washer/dryer located IN the unit - no need to use the shared laundromat located on the property. Enough laundry soap is provided for your first few loads. When you're not on the beach, your family can relax in one of the two heated pools in the courtyard areas. Only Tiki guests have access to these beautiful pools. There is also a library/office located within the property as well as a laundromat for guests' use.

The complex is located within walking distance of the South Padre Island Convention Center, Sea Life, Inc., World Birding Center, shopping, and many local area attractions. Our Island restaurants pride themselves on a variety of American, Mexican, and International cuisine, and seafood of course. Free local transportation while on the island is also available via 'The Wave.' Bonus: the WAVE picks up right in front of this property.
Other area attractions include the Port Isabel Lighthouse and Museums, sister cities: Brownsville and Matamoros, Mexico as well as the scenic Laguna Atascosa and Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuges.
