We added all the personal touches to make it feel like an upscale home, and not a rental. This 5th floor ocean front retreat has an extra wide balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunset views over the Bay that will take your breath away. We offer seating on our balcony that includes a dining set & contemporary and comfortable patio furniture.

WHAT SETS US APART FROM THE REST

AGAIN, This rental comes FULLY LOADED. With our condo you won’t have to spend your vacation $$ on toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry soap, spices, condiments, coffee, cream, sugar, separate bath &beach towels, yoga mats, games, books, beach supplies(see below)- we provide everything not included with other rentals.

We have upgraded everything and added all the modern amenities. Brand new leather sofa bed with queen memory foam mattress. Our fully equipped kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, spices, pots/pans, cutlery, Keurig & traditional coffee makers with coffee included. You’ll enjoy new beds & ceiling fans in each bedroom, Nest thermostat, brand new flat screen smart TVs (Roku, Hulu, Netflix, & Amazon) in each room, Google Home in living room, Alexa in master bedroom, power banks in each room for all your devices, solar blinds and hurricane shutters, free 5G Wi-Fi, tennis rackets, boogie boards, beach toys, balls for basketball and volleyball, umbrella and beach chairs with a beach wagon, cooler bag, and beach towels are all provided. We have a W/D in the condo with laundry detergent included. Again, We have even provided amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just grab your swimsuit and go!

This property is GREAT for families. Parents can close the hurricane shutters in the living room at night. Lock your bedroom door and then you literally have the entire balcony private with access through your master bedroom sliding glass door.

THE RESORT

The oceanfront resort is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and more. It includes 6 foot deep pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and children’s playground with large grassy area, volleyball net in the sand, assigned covered gated parking, private boardwalk to the beach and air-conditioned elevators with panoramic views.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Parking is available for one vehicle in the gated parking area, and plenty of SAFE parking for extra vehicles outside. There are grocery and luggage carts provided. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code. Your rental will be clean and ready for you to enjoy.

THE LOCATION

There is so much to do, once you get here. You can rent a golf cart to explore the island, or walk to one of the many area restaurants, bike rentals, stores, coffee and souvenir shops located within 8-15 minutes from the condo. The Wave offers public transportation.
