The Space:
We welcome you to our tropical paradise in the Royale tower at Saida! Saida Towers is hands-down the best beachfront complex for families on South Padre Island & most resembles a resort.
As you pull in you will feel very secure with gated parking that is manned 24/7 by security as well as the grounds. There is no complex more safe & secure than Saida!
This beachfront condo offers 2 included off street parking spaces with permits behind the gate as you stay to the left on pull in you will see the Royale Beach & Tennis Club that shares the grounds with Saida.
Our children love the grassy, expansive grounds there that they can toss a football or roll around and find other kids to play with - it’s ultra easy to get them to ditch the screens for once :)
The grounds are what set Saida apart featuring 3 pools, one is Olympic sized, one of the 3 is beachfront & heated, Coolers (no glass) are allowed at the 2 front beachfront pools for BYOB - the Olympic sized pool by Tower 3 features a bar & grill open seasonally on the weekends for very nice pina coladas, nachos, burgers & more. Additionally our guests enjoy 3 truly Texas-sized heated outdoor Jacuzzis you just won’t find elsewhere
Saida features a private beach access coded entry with exterior showers to clean your piggies and beach gear, plus unlike other properties there are ample loungers to enjoy the sun for a read, relax, or some margaritas with your friends & family.
The condo itself is ground floor, but the real treat is the fact you cannot get closer to the actual sand & ocean in the Royale tower than our unit 9018/19 in any way! For those not liking heights or waiting on pesky elevators, this is superb, also families with young kiddos do not have to worry about high balconies for safety. Older folks will appreciate having morning coffee overlooking the tennis & pickleball courts - that’s right - this complex has amongst the Island ONLY pickleball friendly tennis courts. How far to actually dip your toes in the water? At high tide, 150 yards from your patio to the Sea.
Inside the space as you walk in you will unlock using our E-lock system with unique door code so you won’t have to bring your cell phone anywhere. This condo we feel has the best possible layout as the main entrance walks into the open concept kitchen to the living room with the patio door going out to the new Adirondack chairs. The living room has ample seating + wifi / smart TV / local cable for sports. Having bedrooms on either side of the main living area affords the maximum privacy if two families split the condo
Though we do not provide beach umbrellas nor chairs for the beach, there is of course Beach Kissed Rentals right in front of Saida where you walk out, grab 2 chairs that are empty with an umbrella & they will come over to charge you the $45 cash for the day - making for a true concierge experience & less hassles. Remember, the beaches of South Padre are open container friendly, just no glass. You may BBQ on the beach, it is allowed though at Royale BBQ grills of any kind are not allowed.
To the left of the living room/kitchen area is the master bedroom suite with en suite full bathroom, a new King bed, flat screen, and is filled with massive windows overlooking the pool to make you feel like you are the King of the Beach!
Off to the right of the main living space is the 2nd bedroom with 2 new queen beds and yet another full bathroom. There is a SMART flat screen TV to enjoy after the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, etc to enjoy affordable & memorable home cooked meals that also save both money & hassle being ready to go.
Please understand that this space is not a complete nor full remodel but darn close - Th with tile & laminate floors, all new paint, many fixtures new, much new furniture, and is incredibly well maintained for your enjoyment. All towels & linens are provided FYI. As it it is a ground floor there is not a beach view but rather a pool view that opens to the ocean,
While this condo has WiFi if you have some work to get done, the internet is less than perfect on the Island sometimes so plan accordingly.
Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4 nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just ask before you book please not after :)
Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd with an office open 7 days per week 9 am to 5 pm. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) The max occupancy is 8 people and again, babies & infants are considered in this head count. A max of 2 full sized vehicles are allowed and that includes a golf cart if you park extra cars or on the side of this street you will get towed at your own expense. There is extra free parking along Gulf Blvd a city owned street currently no charge as well as the Post Office or Inter Modal Transit Center.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. If you are not 25 years of age, there ARE additional requirements & you must ask about these prior to booking
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent.
Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the couch, airbed, or sleeping on a couch in general. Sorry - pets are not allowed nor is BBQs of any kind on property, Saida Towers seasonally in the month of March only for spring break does charge a $25 per person plus 17% occupancy tax fee for HOA Security Wristbands and it is not optional. We simply pre collect for your convenience.
