    The Space:

    This is a rare two level condo on the 2nd floor for less noise from above. This condo has all hard surface floors. Downstairs as you walk in you will see a half bath off the fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living room & patio.



    The stairwell will lead you up to the master bedroom with an en suite full bathroom and patio overlooking the lawn below. In the hallway is a stackable washer & dryer. that is very handy after the beach. The 2nd bedroom features adult sized bunk beds with double sized mattresses. There is a main bathroom up stairs as well. We do provide a queen sized airbed for extra sleeping space - please bring bedding however. Additionally there is a small couch & larger coach but they are not pull outs.



    There is a maximum of 8 people allowed, that includes infants and children



    "We manage several Habitat condos - if you have a group and need more space inquire we can put you all at this complex"



    The privacy of having 2 levels is awesome if you have any night owls that want to stay up while some can catch some zzzs or teens that want to stay up late downstairs etc Plus, this is definitely one of the largest 2 bedroom condos you will find at 1200 sq feet on South Padre Island



    The Habitat complex where this unit #25 is located is at 104 E Parade Dr, located just under a block to the public beach & access point. There is a year round pool that is perfect for kids as well as a 2nd floor sundeck for adults.



    The complex has one drawback in that there is one off street parking space that provides enough space for 2 cars back to back or 1 larger truck. There is no guest parking here unfortunately.



    While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



    if you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



    Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up



    The condo has free parking, air conditioning, and WIFI by spectrum. Please note internet can be spotty on the Island though we have the highest speed/quality available.



    This condo is professionally managed by South Padre Trips located at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods and trash bags as well as basic bathroom toiletries though they are not unlimited nor replenished. Bring extras if you have a larger group or a full sized family. For those stays 3 nights or more, we have free linen and towel exchange at our office.



    Our City of South Padre Island Short Term rental license is available upon request.

    Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 23 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 23 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.

Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 23 years of age or older. If you are not 23, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements



    Please read & agree to all house rules prior to booking - this is not a party property & is designed for families in mind or those seeking a quiet complex.



    Guest Access:

    Your stay includes private access to our two level apartment designed for comfort and relaxation. The main floor features an open concept kitchen and living space with a half bathroom and a patio for outdoor lounging. The upper level houses two bedrooms including a master suite with its own bathroom and balcony plus a second full bathroom and laundry access. As a guest you have full use of the complex swimming pool and the elevated sundeck perfect for sunbathing. Please note that one off street parking spot is provided for your convenience.



    The Neighborhood:

    Our condo is perfectly situated on South Padre Island, placing you less than a one minute walk from the beautiful public beach access point. You will love the convenience of being just steps away from the sand and surf, making it easy to enjoy sunrise walks or full days of beach fun. The neighborhood offers a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere that is ideal for a quiet getaway. Within a short drive or a fun golf cart ride, you can explore a variety of local restaurants serving fresh seafood, casual beach bars, and charming island shops. Whether you are looking for water sports rentals, local boutiques, or delicious dining options, everything you need for a memorable vacation is right at your fingertips.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location. We provide one off street parking space at the condo which can accommodate two cars parked back to back or one larger truck. Please note that there is no additional guest parking available on the premises. For those traveling by car, there is free public parking available at the Intermodal bus station, the post office on the island, and along Gulf Boulevard. Golf carts are a popular way to explore the area and are considered a vehicle. The island is well connected and the nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport which is approximately a forty minute drive from our location.



    Other Things to Note:

    To ensure a smooth stay please note that check in time is 3 PM and check out is 11 AM. The primary tenant must be at least 23 years of age and present at check in. After booking we require a signed rental agreement and a photo ID for verification purposes. Our property is designed for families and quiet groups so please respect the quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM. We provide a starter pack of essential supplies but these are not replenished so please bring extra items for longer stays. Parking is limited to one off street space that can fit two small cars or one large truck. Please note that internet connectivity on the island can occasionally be inconsistent. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited and guests must follow all complex rules including pool hours and noise restrictions. Failure to follow checkout instructions such as taking out trash and cleaning dishes may result in an additional cleaning fee.

    This condo is professionally managed by the team at South Padre Trips. Our office is conveniently located on the island at 2600 Padre Boulevard and is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm to assist you during your stay. Should you need any assistance or have questions while you are here, the best way to reach us is by sending a message through the platform where you booked your stay. We monitor these messages closely during business hours and strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible to ensure you have a comfortable and seamless experience.
