"Nice cottage. Janet was great to work with. "

"Check in was a breeze. Kitchen facilities was great, utensils were all there. WiFi spot on, walking distance to beach also to Walmart. Very quiet community, pool was couple feet away from cottage, mini golf course was walking distance. Some areas of cottage need some fresh paint, few scuffs here and there. Overall great place to vacation."

"We was close to the beach and to store we got a lot of walking in and shopped at the mall and ate at local restaurants "

"Overall we had a very nice stay. We love to play pickleball and these rentals are very close to the courts and a short walk to the beach. Perfect for our family. We had a couple minor issues and received quick communication and resolution from the owner. The house does need a deep spring cleaning. The bathrooms and beds were nice and neat - just other things like walls, cabinets, fridge, drawers, nooks and crannies need cleaning. It wasn’t something that bothered our family too awful much, but...

"Absolutely recommend staying in this beach house!! Best stay we’ve ever had. We will definitely rent from her again. We’ve stayed in other houses in Snorkel Way and none compare, she’s very quick to respond and very thoughtful of her renters. "

"House was clean and just the right size for our short stay! Golf cart was plus and homeowner was very friendly and quick to respond!"

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay this past week, we hated we had to leave! "

"House was nice, relatively clean. Found a few minor issues, but no big deal. The washer and dryer weren’t working during our stay, but the owners did give us a discounted rate. Great location, right across the street from the beach. Close to the boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach and Family Kingdom. Plenty of room in the house for 6 adults and a toddler. The whole family said they’d stay here again."

"the property is in a cute little neighborhood with a good population. Amenities are great, loved the pool, had everything listed. Literally barely a five minute walk from the beach so that was awesome. We had a great stay and I definitely recommend booking this place for a vacation with friends or family. Felt like being at home while on vacation. :) "

"We rent the ground floor of the duplex. This place was very clean. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, no one else was renting at the time we were there. The outdoor covered sitting area was great, as it rained most of our stay. The owner was very responsive. I had to call him because the code on the door didn’t work, but he picked up first ring and had it fixed within a minute or so."
