Guesthouses em South Mountain Park, AZ

"The rooms were clean , but there were things falling from the ceiling . It’s just too old building which needs a serious revamp ."

"Check in and out was very easy. Owners were nice and very friendly dog. No barking or loud noises from anyone. Loved our stay. Room and bathroom clean. Zero complaints."

"Very nice spot and close to downtown if your here to see a concert, 8 minute walk to van buren and 20 to the mortgage center. Bed is a little stiff but all around a great place to stay"

"I loved this little house! Owners are so kind!! Our stay was amazing!"

"The property was listed as an apartment but the listing didn't fully convey that it was just on the side connected to a main house lived in"

"Everything was great for what my friend and I needed for our short trip. The general area where the house is looks kinda rough but we had no issues. "

"This made our first AZ experience over the top! We loved the privacy aspect and it was full of everything we needed, and we have to say the pool was our favorite part-private, clean and so fun. Hosts were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We will be coming back someday and will recommend this spot to our friends and family!"

"I had a little bit of a challenge figuring out how to access the guest house. Credit to the owners, though, they responded quickly and I was given instructions on how to unlatch the gate to get to the guest house in the rear of the property. "

"Fantastic stay! Central location. Clean rooms. Just small feedback on communication. Just wish they included the wifi password with the welcome message in the booking. For out of U.S. travellers that’s important especially!"

"We loved the location (close to our family) and enjoyed our short stay. The hosts were very helpful and communicated very well. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and was nicely and comfortably decorated. One note: I would have loved a full length mirror and some stepping stones or something outside the front door to allow us to enter and exit without stepping in a water puddle when the flood irrigation runs. Other than that it was perfect! Thank you for such a nice comfortable place to...

"Perfect room for my needs. Essentially an immaculate stand alone King size bedroom inside a private residence courtyard. Located inside a gated golf course community so the entire community is not only secure but well-maintained. Since my stay involved several daily activities, I simply needed a bed, shower and place to plan the day. For my needs, I wasn't five miles from any of the events for my weekend. Food, shopping, banks, fuel, and some of the best Mexican Food in the US was all quickly...

"Excellent location close to baseball fields, restaurants and hiking trails. Owner was very responsive and place was comfortable and clean."

"Very Clean, Sleeps well, host communicates very well and responds quickly. All aces here!"

"Clean, good location. Relaxing place, everything nice. Nice being able to park in driveway with gate (although it is tricky getting the car in and out of the alley). 2 reasons not 5 stars. The check-in process is complicated. You have to go to the back, open 1 lockbox to open the gate, go to the door, open another lockbox to get the key and driveway gate opener, open the gate and drive in, go to 1st lockbox and relock from outside, then go thru the gate and close the gate(!). Repeat to...
