About this space
Our welcoming 3-bedroom house has everything you need for your South Jordan/Salt Lake trip. The unit comes with Wi-Fi, Netflix, and self check-in. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient indoor fireplace, kitchen, and living room. Our rental is within driving distance to several ski resorts popular restaurants, shops, and hikes. An ideal base to explore South Jordan.
The space
You and your group will have the entire main floor to yourselves. There is a totally separate basement apartment. There is a possibility of noise in the basement but we ask a quiet time from 10pm-8am of both guests. This home is very charming and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire main floor of the home as well as the as attached 2 car garage. There is a totally separate basement apartment. There is zero shared space between the two units. If interested in both units, please reach out and we can provide that link for you.

*We allow for early check in/check out if it is available at a rate of $20.00 per hour.

*PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, illness, damage, weather conditions, acts of nature, or death sustained to any person authorized or unauthorized to enter the property, regardless of the cause, in addition to lost, stolen, or items left behind. You agree to this policy by voluntarily checking into the rental property.

*ALSO, we do not allow pets or smoking in or on the property. If there is evidence of this, there will be a $500 pet fee, and a $500 smoking fee.
