"Amazing property that the adults and kids all loved!"

"Clean"

"Merrick, the homeowner, tried to be very accommodating wanting to give us a 5 star experience. However our party of 18 could not get past the fact that this property was not clean, nor up to code. Exposed wiringCracked tiles Holes in wallsMold growing on bathroom walls No ventilation in bathroom upstairsCold water faucet broken in showerSinks plugged Filthy carpet (we wore shoes the entire time) Ants in kitchen Spiders in bathrooms and downstairs bedrooms Harness for climbing wall is secured to...

"Isaac was great and so helpful answering any of our questions. The property was beautiful and exactly as described. We had so much fun and look forward to our next visit."

"The venue met our needs. When traveling with lots of kids and wanting to visit with family members, it can be hard to find a place that accommodates. This house had plenty of beds for what we needed and a good lounging area. It also provided some backyard space for the kids to run around."

"Heather was very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment is very cute and pictures match. Easy to get to all our activities. The bed is quite firm, which I liked and my husband didn't. Our kiddo loved the queen bed and slept like a log. Lol It was well stocked. They are pretty quiet upstairs, only heard people a couple of times. The smoke alarm definitely works. Husband isn't used to electric ranges and had a little smoke from cooking potatoes."

"During our trip to ski and visit with our son, we very much enjoyed our stay at Armando’s. I especially appreciated his kindness and extra effort upon realizing the day of our trip that our payments had not gone through. Instead of leaving us without a place to stay, he accommodated us. I was so grateful. Armando’s place was in a great location, with coffee and stylish cookware. The beds were very comfortable , showers and fixtures were lovely. We would definitely stay again. For a family...

"Great value for a 3 bedroom spacious basement unit with comfortable beds. Great for a group. We only stayed for a night and it was too hot to use hottub but I am sure it would be a really nice touch in the winter. Would definitely stay again!"

"This would be a total 5 star with an upgrade to the couch (dirty/uncomfortable) and some sound blocking curtains for the freeway noise - clean, decent location, great view, good appliances, absolutely no neighbor noise. Great place!!"

"The house was set up just like it was online. It was clean and cute. There was plenty of room. The hot tub was a big plus. The location was good for all the things we did."

"Such a great home! It was well stocked with household supplies, and even had firewood for the fire pit! Very family friendly & well kept. Would return and definitely recommend!"

"Great place! Next… to fields for soccer. Great location only suggestion is not well stocked plates etc had to constantly wash dishes"

"The entry instructions were a wee bit confusing when looking at the doors, however the stay itself was fantastic. It met all the needs we had, and was comfortable, clean, accessible and quiet. This was a gifted stay for my In-laws, & they were pleased."

"Beautiful welcome basket was given; popcorn, candy, apples, bananas. So very thoughtful. Property was comfy, easily accessible and cool on hot days. The bathroom and kitchen cupboards could have used a deeper clean though. The house had so many cute decorative touches. Everything was labeled and organized. Lots of games to play. We never used the hot tub since it was so hot out. Becky was responsive and kind. I would recommend this place!"

"The property was super close to I15, so it was easy to zip around salt lake city, but it was in a cozy area where you could walk around Lehi. I would definitely recommend"

"The home was beautiful. We really enjoyed the backyard."

"Great place to spend the weekend and needing some R&R. Thank you!"

"We stayed at this property for just over two months and had a very good overall experience. The home was comfortable, well-located, and met our needs in many ways. For an extended stay, we did find it a bit limiting that the kitchen pantry and bedroom walk-in closet were locked and not available for guest use. This likely wouldn’t matter for a shorter visit, but for a long-term stay that extra space would have been much appreciated and would have made it easier to organize and fully...
