Amazing 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms home with PRIVATE HOT TUB!!!

This space is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a long-term stay in the SLC area (it’s about 15 minutes from the SLC airport and 15-20 minutes outside of downtown SLC). It includes the full house (minus the basement apartment), parking in the 2-car garage, and the fully fenced backyard with YOUR OWN PRIVATE HOT TUB.

It has self-check-in option for your privacy.

The space is the upstairs three bedrooms with a large family room, large loft with game table and activities, and the kitchen is well-stocked with the necessities (dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots and pans, a blender, salt, pepper, and oil).
Full sized washer and dryer is included.
One bedroom has 1 king bed and a portable crib with an attached full bathroom. Another bedroom has a set of 3 single bunk bed and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second full bathroom enters from the main hallway.
The loft has two full-sized sofa beds.
The loft/second living room, living room, and master bedroom all have brand new smart TVs so you can access your streaming accounts.
Children's toys, games, puzzles, and books are provided in the loft closet to help keep those little hands and minds entertained :)
You will have full access to the fully fenced, grassy back yard with your own private hot tub on the deck.

Guest access:
As for parking, please only park in the 2-car garage or in front of the garage. Allow room for the basement renters to access the west driveway. The house is located at the beginning of a narrow cult de sac and doesn't allow for good street parking. Please only park in the driveway or in the garage. You will be contacted to move any vehicles that are parked on the street.

Other things to note:
This bright and Cozy home is located in perfect spot of West Jordan. It is in walking distance to the grocery store, fast food, dinning & (Trax) the light rail public transit. Easy access to the major freeways and highways is also a plus.

It is only 24 minutes to the base of the canyons for skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, & Solitude.

Also, the basement apartment is a separate rental, and they will be parking on the west side of the house.

Please note that even with the space being exclusively yours you may at times hear basement noise.
