"Our room was lovely with access to a beautiful porch with fabulous lake view. The room was also very comfortable and an adequate breakfast with coffee maker is available and always well stocked. There is no reception desk so we never encountered any one working there."

"Everything about the stay was excellent. Everything needed was provided and response from the hosts almost immediate. The property is in a quirky, but safe part of town. My only hesitation is parking can be interesting as it's entirely on-street, but we always found a spot no further than a block or two away."

"Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. "We had a wonderful stay at the Old Lantern Inn in Charlotte VT. Our room was large with a king and a twin bed and views of Lake Champlain. The inn was very quiet and clean. We can’t say enough about the innkeeper Lisa; she went above and beyond to ensure that not only were our needs met, but our expectations exceeded. Continental breakfast is modest but tasty.
