Happy Ours Cottage, 4 minute walk to sandy beach!

Extensive renovations and restorations over the last 20 years at 222 Brockway Avenue capture the feel of relaxation and fun for your stay in South Haven! Our long driveway will accommodate four vehicles. Street parking is also available for two vehicles March 16-November 14. The standard rate is the generally applicable rate for this property during the off-season. High-season rates in the summer are usually about $200 more per night.

We rent the cottage Saturday to Saturday during the last two weeks of June, the month of July, and the first two weeks of August. Outside of those dates, it is usually a three night minimum, although we do rent for two nights in the off season. Our rental fee includes the cleaning fee, Taxes are extra. We do not allow smoking or pets.

Our 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, air conditioning, and washer/dryer cottage is located 600 ft. from Lake Michigan drive (North Shore Drive) and a 15-minute walk to the 50+ Historic Downtown South Haven shops. The cottage is just under a mile from the drawbridge in downtown South Haven. There are six public beaches on the North Side of South Haven. Our closest public beach is located at Oak Street and North Shore Drive. This is a five-minute walk from our house. You can see this when mapping our address.

We have a quiet neighborhood, which should make your stay a pleasant one. Please look at the photos of our renovated cottage! Walk north for an hour on the beach or browse the town with its unique shops and restaurants.

The cottage is located on the exclusive north side of town, less than a mile from Downtown South Haven.

First floor bedrooms:
white bedroom = twin trundle and queen bed, TV/DVD/ROKU
yellow bedroom = queen bed
pink bedroom = bunk bed with twin on top and full-on bottom

The cottage has a 70' flat screen television in the living room, cable and wireless wifi, air conditioning, two electronic fireplaces, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and double oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and everything you need to make a wonderful meal. The only thing you need to add is your own food.

We provide garbage bags, kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, bathroom towels, sheets, and other bedding. Queen and full beds have four pillows. Twin beds have two pillows.

We also have lots of beach toys and child life jackets for your use.

The kitchen seats 12 people. We also have a patio area in the backyard, a gas grill, and a portable fire pit.
