"The house is exactly as listed. A great home for our 9 family members! Great location! Just a few blocks from downtown and a few blocks from the beach! You’ve have an awesome time!"

"Great house and location! So convenient to have all the beach toys, wagon and umbrella. We loved the pool and backyard for our family. Very toddler friendly with the toys and bikes. If we had bad weather we would have gotten even more use out of the basement! "

"check-in was seamless. Backyard facilities as advertised and were fantastic. we had a multi-generational group and things could not have been better. Sally responded very quickly to two questions. Only issue was beach was more like a 1/2 hour walk rather than 15 minutes. "

"This was our first time ever staying in a Vrbo and Marc made it so special! This property is so unique, peaceful, and clean, we already can’t wait to go back! I can’t say enough about how well Marc communicated with us leading up to the trip and throughout the stay. His recommendations were excellent and he even left thoughtful treats for us. "If you want to be with him walking distance to all South Haven has to offer, this is the perfect location! There is also plenty of room for everyone with there being five bedrooms, we were all very comfortable and had plenty of space! Aaron, the host is absolutely incredible He has been in communication since our booking last year! He’s prompt and considerate and kind and will do everything he can to make your stay the most enjoyable!"

"Rock House is a charming lake house on a large, water-front lot with beautiful views of Lake Michigan. The beach is down a bluff, where you take stairs or motorized trams, which were pretty cool. The beach is sandy and you can walk for a very long way, if interested. We had a great time and highly recommend the property."

"Was a great place to stay for a short weekend in South Haven! We were out and about a lot, but this home was cozy and comfortable to relax when we weren’t. Would stay again!"

"Our three generation family spent a wonderful week at this lovely renovated beach house. It’s a short block to both the beach and the river. It’s well laid out with plenty of seating and very well provisioned with cleaning supplies, paper products dish ware, games, and toys. The owner was very thoughtful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This brand new house is awesome and was able to comfortably house my entire immediate family (7 adults and my 8 grandchildren). The pool was the favorite part for my grandchildren and all of us adults.We walked to the beach for beautiful sunsets.The kids loved the game room too."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was AMAZING. The property is a short (5-6 min) walk to all of the shops/restaurants/bars and the beach which is super nice. The only negative was that the listing stated that it had two twin air mattresses but we were only able to find one. We checked all of the closets. This resulted in two people in our group having to sleep on the couches. They were comfy, though! "
