Welcome to our Art House by Lake Michigan that was built in 2021. Each room has a theme and was painted by a local Midwest artist.

Conveniently situated between the downtowns of South Haven and Saugatuck, it's a great place to stay for a vacation and enjoy the Lake.

The space
This four-bedroom, three-bath house is the perfect getaway for a family or a group of friends. You can stroll on the coastline of Lake Michigan to watch a sunset.

The house is located at the end of the block near Lake Michigan bluff.
It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. The home is large enough to sleep up to 8 adults. The home is 2000 square feet, so there is plenty of space.
The house has all-new furniture throughout. The house's main level has an open concept with a nicely-sized living room with a 65'' Smart TV and WiFi throughout. The first floor also consists of a bath, bedroom, and full laundry room.


**Bedrooms**
This house has 4 private bedrooms (one on the first floor and 3 on the second floor), each with its own unique design.
The main suite is our Wood Room and consists of a king-size memory foam bed.
The bedroom 2 is a Black and White Room and has a king-size memory foam bed.
The bedroom 3 is a Gray Room and has a queen-size foam bed.
The bedroom 4 is a Zebra Room located on the first floor and has two twin beds.

**Bathrooms**
Two bathrooms on the second floor (in the main suite and by the loft room) have ample storage space. The third bathroom is on the first floor. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels.

**Kitchen**
Our Modern Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a center island. Brew coffee in the coffee maker or toss some fruit into the blender for a quick and healthy breakfast in the morning. We also have a microwave to heat a snack.
The dining room has a large table to seat everyone from your party.

**Living room**
The living room on the first floor has a gorgeous fireplace and a flat-screen TV on the wall.
The loft room is on the second floor and has a flat-screen TV, couch, and a chair to relax.
Guest access
When you stay in this home, you'll have the entire place to yourself. You will be given a code to access the lock for secure and contactless entry before you arrive. You can use all rooms and amenities, including the washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi.

From here, you're just minutes to Lake Michigan, local parks and playgrounds, and some of the area's most incredible breweries, waterfront restaurants, and local farmers markets.
