"Sandpipers is a beautiful place to stay. It was neat and clean and had everything we needed. It is over 3 levels and the stairs are quite steep. The cottage is very central in the village. Peter sent clear instructions re getting the key and arranged a parking spot for the car. It was about 5-20 mins walk to the parking area.Looe is a very quaint fishing village with lots of interesting shops and a beautiful little harbour. We only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"A very charmingly furnished holiday home. Very well equipped kitchen, nice living room and cosy bedrooms. Everything was pleasant. The location is great if you don't need a parking space right in front of the door. You have to park your car in one of the nearby paid parking spaces. Mousehole is an old and very picturuesque village that can't accomodate cars. Out of season there is also free parking on the road along the coast to Newlyn, but this is a bit of a walk, about 5-10...

"The house has a view of the River Fowey from the living room and the MBR! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with COMFORTABLE couches and beds. We slept like babies here! It is at the end of the little town of Fowey near the car park ( very convenient if you have a car). Being in Fowey is like going back in time.. it is beautiful, with only one tiny one way street. No car noises! Wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby for cooking at the house in the lovely kitchen....

"What a beautiful place to be for our wedding weekend. I've walked past this gorgeous home a lot over the last 11 years, and have dreamed of staying there. And this was the perfect opportunity. Lots of space and light, with a fabulously romantic feel. "Loved all the art! The kitchen was just like being at home. Lovely sunroom and courtyard area. The bed was super comfy and the claw foot bath/shower was novel. The cottage is in a great position for seafood restaurants and walks along the coast."

The location is really spectacular - right on the cliff top overlooking the sea, remote but still within walking distance of the village. I had my 90 year old mother with me so the steps into the property were a bit of a challenge, particularly the step over the threshold. The stairs within the house were also steep, but she managed ok. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. "We had a lovely stay in this cottage and it was perfectly situated for our needs. Everything we needed had already been thought about, tea, coffee, tea towels etc. There was only one very minor problem for us (not the fault of the cottage) and that was our puppy was unable to climb the outdoor steps up to the terrace. Otherwise it was perfect for our short stay."

It's much bigger in real life than it seems in the photos and felt very spacious for four of us. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. "Bucca Cottage was very charming. The location was perfect for exploring, eating, and relaxing. The cottage was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The footpath was magical and well kept. We parked in pay parking, which was close wnough to the cottage to not be an annoyance. Parking was quite reasonably priced. Enjoyed every moment."
