hi my dear, we are so sorry we up -sad you. we can not control the mosquitos not fly in to your room entrance. if your kids scare to walk out then put mosquitos spray. There is nothing we can do. if you want breakfast then pay for it or book for the package that include breakfast. . If the AC not work you should call us for emergency service. but the technician checked it is working we found out a lot of customer complained about the AC not working it is customers need be patient to follow the instruction to turn it on. we are on electric heating and cool system not same as the city. yes, we apology about the slow Wifi. we are working a solution on it. if you don't see us in the office you can call us. that why we put the number there to call. thank you
