"The room was spotless, Lisa was welcoming and helpful.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge were provided.
The full english breakfast was perfect too."

"On arrival the reception and main areas looked grand and slendid.
Helped with luggage to room.
Deluxe king with sea view. Very dated ,balconcy ,paint flaking off handrail ,chairs no table ,patio doors needed a good clean. Not enough sockets,no bathrobes or slippers as advertised. Food at breakfast ok,but Lounge Bar food very pricey and poor.Not enough staff.Charge for towel rail in bathroomto be put on.Heating worked only in evening.Asked for a mini fridge before arrival ,which was in room for...

"I had the best stay here for theEaster holiday weekend! It was such a beautiful property in a stunning location with incredible views! It’s a dog friendly hotel and they were so nice to my dog who I brought with us. Every single person who is part of the hotel staff is so lovely, helpful and kind!!! Amazing customer service!! The breakfast and Dinners that we had at the restaurant were all so delicious!! Will come back to stay again! 10/10!!"

"A great place to stay in Torquay. Across the road from the beach and a short walk into town. Nice room and really good food in the restaurant, the breakfast is also very nice. "

"Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location.
Positives
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms.
We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

"When i checked in the people were so welcoming and friendly, close to the city centre of so easy walkable to the pubs and shops. My room was a decent size for 1 person, nice and comfortable, the only issue i can think of is the bathroom was a little small and hot water took quite a while to come through, Breakfast in the morning was also very nice, i will definitely stay again if I come back to Torquay."
