"Poor communication from the beginning. Promise is made, but never kept, forced to have to check in through Vrbo, then through property manager, then through hotel. Three check-in… Kind of crazy. Unit was OK Poor provisions half of the trash cans failed to have liners. Air-conditioning slow. Shower handle fell off the first day, we contacted property manager six times, maintenance was called never came day one, day two they came and said needed to order part wouldn’t be fixed during our stay....
