The intimate Condo has only 6 Units and is directly on the beach with amazing views of the ocean. The gardens at the front and back are simply magnificent; the prettiest in Cabarete. Walk down a few steps and be on the beach where world class windsurfing and kiteboarding is right in front of you.

Take a leisurely walk along the beach and pick any one of the fabulous beachside restaurants to eat, with the waves only steps away. Or, simply relax on the "Palapa" Deck in the back garden directly overlooking the beach, & watch breathtaking sunrises & sunsets while listening to the waves crashing on the sand. Swimming or just wading in the water is peaceful due to the natural reef that runs parallel to the beach.

This beautiful two bedroom oceanfront condo is situated on the second floor of a gated private property & with just 3 or 4 are available to rent, it truly feels intimate.

The entire unit was Recently Renovated & decorated to the very highest of standards with a large kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets and tile backsplash, and a large center island which provides additional seating.

The open floor plan includes a dedicated dining area with a coffee bar, & an adjoining living room area, all with panoramic views of the ocean through a full wall of sliding glass doors that lead to an expansive deck with another dining area, lounge chairs & additional sitting area from which to enjoy the tropical breezes.

The two bedrooms each enjoy en suite facilities, & each also has a door to a second balcony with tranquil views over the condo’s tropical front gardens and private swimming pool.

Palacio Atlantico is protected day and night by full time security guards, and we have a very friendly and helpful manager who is responsive to our guests needs throughout your stay. A power inverter, upc internet battery backup and large diesel generator helps ensure availability of electricity.

Maid service is at the beginning and end of each stay, and if you are staying more than one week, cleaning will also take place at the middle of the second week and beyond.

We provide the Highest Speed Fiber Optic Internet available in the Dominican Republic. Just bring your laptop & take care of business or school work while looking out at the ocean. There is also a large TV in the living room to connect to streaming channels.

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, and the Second Bedroom has a queen + a twin increasing sleeping options in full comfort to 5.

Kite Beach is World Rated as one of the Top 10 locations for Kite Boarding, Paddle Surfing and Stand Up Paddle Boarding. Horseback riding is readily available on the beach with many Yoga Locations (including beach), plus local gyms nearby.

You are literally “steps” away from long or short walks on miles of beach dotted with restaurants, bars and cafes along the way. As exciting as the Kite Boarding is to watch or participate in, our beach also has lots and lots of options for lounging and ocean swimming protected by one of the areas biggest natural reefs.

Just 20 minutes drive from the Puerto Plata Int'l Airport (POP), it’s easy to find us – Rent a car, or simply take an inexpensive taxi; all readily available.

Our guests have an advantage of great facilities near by! You can learn to kite board, surf, or stand up paddle board with Schools and Rentals located a minute up the beach. If you own equipment, we have a locked storage area for your use.

If those activities sound too energetic, you can simply walk the beach for miles, read books and enjoy the rhythmic sounds of the ocean, and then simply watch the kiters from the balcony, palapa deck or the nearest beachside restaurant, just 150 yards away!

The more touristy Cabarete Bay is a short stroll up the beach. Here you will enjoy many more restaurants and bars, additional areas to swim, as well as lots of shopping. More Kite and Wind Surfing Schools and Rentals are there as well.
