The dining table can accommodate four people. The sofa bed with double mattress is quite comfortable. The television has decoders for tuning the Italian channels. The apartment has air conditioning. The balcony overlooks the main square, Piazza Tasso. The building has an elevator.

The refundable deposit for breakages is € 200.00 and must be guaranteed at check-in in cash or with pre-authorization on a credit card (Visa / MasterCard); at check-out, the cash will be returned, or the pre-authorization will be reversed after having verified the absence of damage and excessive dirt on the property.
