Holiday Villa on seafront line with private access to the sandy beach of 'Port Nou' in the North East of Mallorca and close to the well known 'Costa de los Pinos'.

This family house it was built an 80's style and completely refine as the typical Mallorcan holiday homes, that enjoys fabulous views and th breeze from the Sea at all times and from any corner of the house, also with a Generous garden with lawn.

The house is distributed over three floors, on the ground floor we have the main entrance where there is enough parking for three cars and gives access to the house by the hall / entrance, living room with direct access to the front terrace and garden, next has a fully equipped kitchen and also gives access to the porch with direct views of the sea.

On the same floor it has a double room with separate beds of 90 x 2.00.mtrs. also a bathroom with shower cabin. Through the outside terrace there is access to another bathroom with shower available. On the first floor there are two double rooms with separate beds of 90 x 2.00mtrs. Both rooms have access to a magnificent terrace with its spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea of the east coast of Mallorca. Both rooms share a bathroom with bathtub.

On the upper floor there is a double room with a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00mtrs. It also has fantastic views over the bay of the Costa de los Pinos, Port Vell, Cala Bona... The house is very well equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating, WiFi, Tv-sat, barbecue area and more services.

'Villa Copinya' can be combined for some families in group at the same time, if the occupation schedules allowed with the luxury house next door called 'Villa Port Nou' .

Villa Copinya also is next to four different golf courses near the Costa de los Pinos, two of them just 5 minutes away by car: Pula Golfy Golf Son Serveraand just 10-15 minutes driving away Golf Canyamely Golf Roca Viva. A few meters walk you can also find the virgin beaches of 'Sa Marjal', 'Es Ribell' and 'Es Rajolí' with a vegetation based on junipers and tamarinds, typical of the Mallorcan Levante.
