Casa Sembat with sea views, pool and Wi-Fi

The spacious Casa Sembat is located in Port Verd (Cala Bona), on the east coast of Mallorca, right by the sea, offering fantastic views and allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze throughout your stay. It consists of a living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 large bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, television, washing machine and dryer. A cot and high chair are also available.



All 4 bedrooms have a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom. The property offers a private outdoor area with a large garden and a pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a covered terrace and an open terrace with furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air and sea views. A gas barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking.



Despite the quiet location of the house, everything essential is within walking or driving distance. There is a restaurant just 1 minute away on foot. A wide selection of shops and restaurants can be found within a 5-minute drive in Cala Bona or 10 minutes in the centre of Cala Millor. Beach lovers will find several options nearby, such as the white sands of Cala Millor, just 5 minutes away by car. Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are about 56 minutes away by car.



Parking spaces are available on the property, as well as a garage. Pets are not allowed.



Bed linen and towels are included. Heating is available for an extra charge in winter. There is air conditioning in all rooms, which keeps the entire property cool. A fan is also provided. With the sea breeze, the house stays cool in summer.
