The apartment “Serendipia Resort” is located in the small fishing village and holiday resort of Cala Bona, just a short walk from the beach. The property with a mountain view is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (included in the price), air conditioning (only in the living room), fans, a safe, a washing machine and satellite television with international channels.

Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private balcony as well as a private, covered terrace, which is accessible via the living room and where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee. Outside you will find a communal pool area with sun loungers and hammocks as well as an outdoor shower. Due to its excellent location, the closest supermarket is just around the corner (a 1-minute walk away or 110 m) and restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached on foot in within 6 minutes. Cala Bona beach awaits your visit just 200 m from the property where you can relax on the soft sand and soak up the Spanish sun. In a 25-minute drive you will also reach the centre of the town of Manacor (22 km).
