"Stayed during a very hot weekend in July and could not fault the place. Aircon was a godsend, lovely quiet location with great views over the lake, spacious and amazing well equipped accommodation and loved the rooftop hot tub. Also recommend The Bakers Arms for a meal in the nearby village. Couldn't fault the place or Orion Holidays who were very well organised, had great communication and customer service. Highly recommend booking this place."

"We stayed for a long weekend, it was great having the lake right in front of the accommodation so the kids could go out in the kayaks anytime they wanted during the day and we could join them or watch from the balcony. The house is extremely well equipped, and beds were comfy. The staff on the lower mill estate were fantastic, very friendly and made everything really easy. "The house was in very good condition, well equipped and spacious for our group. It is close to facilities such as the spa, gym, tennis courts and swimming pools."

"The accommodation is nice and in a lovely spot but after staying in many places at lower mill it would benefit from upgradjng some things, having 2 baths and only a shower downstairs doesnt make sense and makes showering a juggle, it needs new mattresses and the pontoon needs some tidying up as its not useable for access. The accommodation is in a perfect spot and was very clean. We had a great holiday."
