The property is amazing. It’s fully equipped with everything you need. The outside area is delightful and as a new build it’s been tastefully designed to a beautiful Mallorcan style. We loved it! One big issue we had has nothing to do with the house. It was advertised in a completely different location. One where it was a very easy walk to the port and beach. However it was actually much further out and up a very steep and long driveway which made it impossible for us to walk with a 9 month old in a push chair. Hence we had to hire Two cars. This only became apparent to me just a few weeks before we went. Too late to cancel the booking. After speaking to the manager of the villa, they explained this was VRBO mistake and since corrected it in July but didn’t let me know of the mistake until I approached them in August. After admitting you were wrong you offered me 90 compensation which I refused. This spoiled the holiday of two weeks having to always drive where ever we needed to be. The cost of the two cars came to 1700. This was very dissatisfying. Had VRBO told us about this mistake sooner we would have been able to make alternative arrangements. Villa amazing.VRBO wasn’t.
