"Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La maison est chaleureuse, simple avec tout ce que nous avons besoin. La vue de la maison est magnifique et très bien situé à environ 15 minutes de marche du centre de Soller. il est recommandé d’arriver avec une petite voiture car les routes sont étroites. Il y a une légère montée pour arriver jusqu’à la maison. Pour les personnes avec mobilité réduite, ça pourrait être difficile. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et réponds rapidement aux messages....

"We travelled to Palma for our son's wedding and we wanted a villa so we could all be together. The villa is perfect for people looking for a quiet location but a short walk from all of the attractions. Our host Pedro was amazing and so accommodating. The villa had lots of personal touches and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful city of Palma and its surroundings. The views from the kitchen and outside balcony are beautiful. A fantastic place to stay and unwind. "

"Very authentic, the house,pool and surrounding area very clean. It was a very peaceful, relaxing holiday. There are not many restaurants to choose from but pick wisley and they are very ggod. The owner came every other day to clean the pool and take rubbish away, always very helpful and thoughtful. We would definitely return."

"Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Es war alles wie in der Objektbeschreibung. Die Finca hat eine tolle Zimmeraufteilung. Im EG kombinierter Wohn-/Essbereich mit WC und Abstellkammer und im 1.OG drei Schlafräume mit Bad (Dusche und Wanne). Der Außenbereich ist auf einem idyllisch Grundstück und nicht von der Straße einsehbar. Neben dem Salzwasser Pool ist ein überdachter Essplatz , ein gemauerten Grillplatz und eine weiteres WC mit Dusche. Das Auto konnten wir im Carport auf dem Grundstück abstellen....

"Tolles Haus, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick nach Palma. Wer ganz viel Ruhe braucht und mag, ist hier genau richtig, man hört nur mal die Ziegen von weiten. 30min braucht man nach Palma City, bergauf sind es ca 15min, teilweise Single-Track bis zum Haus. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, reichlich Handtücher für Bad und für den Pool.Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber trotzdem war die Temperatur angenehm. Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt daneben, aber man bekommt sie überhaupt nicht mit, sind aber da, wenn...

"Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

"Wir haben uns trotz kühlem und wechselhaftem Wetter (Anfang April, wir waren die ersten Gäste dieses Jahr) in dem schönen, rustikalen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt - nicht zuletzt wegen der gut beheizbaren Holzöfen und der Radiatoren im ersten Stock (inclusive). Eine schöne Überraschung war der großzügige, sonnige Garten nach vorne, er ist auf den Bildern gar nicht abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommt alle paar Tage vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und die Hühner zu füttern...
