PLEASE REFUND HIS CARD, right now. see receipt. we get to spend the night (not in a bed to cradle my bones) but in my jeep. no hot water, no bathroom. no heat, light, outlets. no phone. no key? no service. unacceptable. inhumane. uncivilized. disrespectful behavior, yes. did this happen to us last night? yes. the three nights i paid out of...

"This is a nice place to stay, conveniently located near the highway. Patrons should know that there is no front desk and the key must be picked up at a separate location prior to entering your room. Not a huge inconvenience, but it was unexpected. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well."

"I absolutely loved the view from our room. We had a huge window that looked straight out over the river. Also, those windows had blackout shades. So the Alaskan summer can be turned off when it is time to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in, checkout was very easy."
